I have 20 years experience in all types of building and construction trades prior to starting Multi-Spec 35 years ago.

Since then I have done over 16,000 inspections

 

I am a member in good standing or currently certified by the following;                  

ASHI  (American Society of Home Inspectors) since 1990, membership  #12093

PRO-ASHI  (Pittsburgh Regional Organization of ASHI since 1990. (Past chapter president)

Pa.DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) Radon Certification #1654.
